Bro Jordan, a 14-year-old driver from our area (known on the track as “The Bro Show”), was recently discovered by Performance Motor Group and offered the chance to race a Legend Car at historic tracks like Florence Motor Speedway and Hickory Motor Speedway — with his races broadcast nationally and internationally on FloRacing. It’s a huge opportunity, but racing isn’t cheap: each race costs $2,500 to run, on top of travel and equipment.

What makes Bro’s story even more inspiring is what he’s overcome to get here. He manages two forms of dyslexia, color blindness, and a stutter he’s worked hard to push through — and he’s determined to show others that things that might hold you back don’t have to.
