For the second year in a row, visitors to our Saturday car shows at Patriot Square in South Dennis filled our donation bin with blankets, towels, crates, pet beds and other supplies for the Animal Rescue League of Boston. We also held a Dash Plaque Night where admission was a blanket for the dogs.
Last year the donations overflowed a heavy-duty pickup truck. This year we collected more than double that, and added a $1,000 check. Club members delivered it all to ARL’s Brewster location.
Again in 2027, our final car show of the season will be an Animal Rescue League Night. Admission is a blanket for the animals.
